great faces

I'm constantly fascinated by the endless variety of humanity before us. The more I observe ,the more is revealed to me, I can't get enough!

Uhm, you know, if I drew these same people they would not look quite so extraordinary! Its your eye and wicked pen that brings these "normal" people to life! I sometimes see people on the street now and think, they are lucky Paul is not around!
LOL! Keep them coming!

amazing stuff man... when you do these sketches, do you take steps like drawing the forms or structure outlines underneath and then build the features on top? or do you just straight draw them?

Thank you SO much for the comments, everyone! It really helps me to know that you guys like what I've been doing. As far as the process of drawing these caricatures, I do pencil them first just to get the shapes, forms and character worked out, then I come in with a japanese foam tipped brush pen and ink it, then I hit it with the tones using Copic warm grey markers with brush tips on them, working from light to dark.
