New Sketchbook

I just finished another sketchbook yesterday, and bought one of those Moleskine sketchbooks. I broke it in last night at life drawing at the studio, drawing one of the most amazing models, Joe Gatt. Drawn in cheap ballpoint pen.

Frazetta Tribute

Hi Everybody, sorry I've been away for a while, but the holiday season always has me up to my eyeballs with stuff to do, and it leaves me little time to update my blog. The first entry for this new year is a piece I just did for my Comic Club's self-published Fanzine back in Hawaii. The theme is a tribute to Frank Frazetta, and I decided to pay tribute to those old men's magazine illustrations he did. Those ink drawings are just amazing!

Blacksad vs. Catwoman

Here is another in the series of drawings that play around with the juxtaposition of different but similar characters from different comics. This is one that crosses over Juanjo Guarnido's Cat-Detective Blacksad with DC's Catwoman.

New Sketchbook 2010
